Sankhya Sanchaya Mapping 2015-16

This Project is prepared for helping Local Self Government of Kerala namely Panchayaths.

This will help to Link Building Details in Sanchaya Website with Receipt Collection Details in Sankhya Software of GramaPanchayaths.

This work is done by combining 9 Tools designed for many purposes to a single goal.

The tools and their order is as stated below...

1. Sankhya Wardwise Report Modifier 2015-16

This tool helps us to modify sankhya receipt details to our required format.

2. Manual Receipts Ward wise Sorter 2015-16 

In most Panchayaths there will be many receipts written manually. This tool will help us to modify those receipt details to our required format.

3. Receipts Ward Wise Sorter 2015-16 

This platform allows you to bring all the receipts, those from Sankhya and those written manually of all wards in Panchayath to a single sheet. And moreover this tool will sort those receipts, irrespective of their origin, in ward wise format.

4. Sankhya Ward wise Receipts Fixer 2015-16 

Some of our receipts may be assigned to wrong building number. The reasons are many. The main villain is receipts with old building numbers. This tool will help you to Fix each receipt to its new building number.  It also gives us receipts of each ward after assigning new building numbers.

5. Sanchaya Demand Register Simplifier 2015-16 

This tool helps us to simplify Building Details from Sanchaya DataBase to our required format. It will automatically calculate the demands of the same building for different finacial years.

6. Sanchaya Data Filter 2015-16 

This platform allows you to bring together building details from all the wards in Panchayath. This also helps us to find a building by using filters such as  owners name, ward, building number, property tax ...

7. Sankhya Sanchaya Mapping Helper 2015-16

This will help us to identify building number of each receipt. This gives us the new building number data to copy to the tool Sankhya WardWise Receipts Fixer.

8. Sankhya Sanchaya Mapped Repoter 2015-16

This tool is made for preparing Demand Collection Balance Statement of each ward in Panchayath. This will combine Building Details in Sanchaya Website with Receipt Collection Details in Sankhya Software. Here we get DCB statement of three years viz. 2013-14, 2014-15 and 2015-16.

9. DCB Reporter

 This tool is very helpful for printing  the Demand Balance Collection Report for each Panchayath in Kerala. This gives the DCB Report for three years.
