ERP - ILGMS is an attempt to attain artificial intelligence in the day-to-day works of Panchayaths in Kerala. Enterprise resource planning (ERP) is business process management software that allows an organization to use a system of integrated applications to manage the business and automate many back office functions related to technology, services and human resources. Integrated Local Government Management Solution is co-developed by the dedicated hard work of several employees of the Panchayat Department.

This tool is very helpful for the officers in charge of Election Process. During the work they have to receive application in Form 5 and consolidate it in Form 10. They have to give receipt and notice in Form 13 and Form 14. All these works are coordinated in this tool. This will be very useful for all the Panchayaths in Kerala.

Bill Details to Bank List Maker

This tool is very helpful for the Accountants in Grama Panchayath Offices in Kerala. They have to allot fund for many bills of various Implementing Officers. In the case of Own Fund Bills viz. Own Fund, Block Panchayath Contribution, District Panchayath Contribution, State Share, Central Share Bills they have to allot funds either to the corresponding Implementing Officers Accounts or to directly to the beneficiaries. Since there are treasury regulations at many occasions they have to transfer funds directly to the beneficiaries. For this transaction they have to prepare beneficiary account details in a treasury approved manner.
