This tool helps us to make Own Fund Statement for DPC and other purposes. Own Fund Statement is to be produced before District Planning Committee for each revision. Own Fund position is required for allotting new posts in Panchayaths This tool will be very helpful for the Plan Clerks, Establishment Clerks and Accountants of panchayaths and municipalities in Kerala. Here we need Balance Sheet from KSmart and some figures from Budget Only to prepare the Own Fund Statement
