This tool helps us to make Own Fund Statement for DPC and other purposes. Own Fund Statement is to be produced before District Planning Committee for each revision. Own Fund position is required for allotting new posts in Panchayaths This tool will be very helpful for the Plan Clerks, Establishment Clerks and Accountants of panchayaths and municipalities in Kerala.
This tool is specially made for the use of ILGMS First Phase GPs that is Grama Panchayaths which migrated to ILGMS system on 2020 September.
