ILGMS Payment Heads Ready Reckoner is an easy tool which helps us to find out the minor functions in which a desired payment head can be used.  This will be very  helpful for the accountants of Panchayaths in Kerala where they use Integrated Local Governance Management System for their administrative actions. In ILGMS we should use the correct file type or minor function for a file received to complete the  payment process. Each minor function can generate payments from the concerned heads only. This is so arranged as to avoid future problems of payments done in wrong head. So this tool helps us to find out the correct minor function with correct payment head for each tappal.
